These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of matsociety.net (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be purchasing with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site.

3. Products and pricing

  • We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but we don't guarantee that colors, images, or descriptions are 100% error-free.
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email; this confirms we've received your order, not that it has shipped. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (e.g. Shopify Payments) at the time of order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Some products ship from an overseas fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, available on the Site.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Sky Social LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or to misuse any content on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Social LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by your local consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
