Peanut Massage Ball — Back & Mobility Roller
Two balls fused into a peanut shape — so it sits either side of your spine instead of pressing on it.
Lie back with the groove along your spine and let your bodyweight do the work. The shape is what makes it useful: a single ball rolls off and presses where it shouldn't. This one stays put.

Questions
Which size should I choose?
6 to 8 cm for feet and precise spots, 10 cm as an all-rounder, 12 cm for the back and glutes. The two-piece sets cover both ends.
How long do I stay on one spot?
Thirty to sixty seconds, breathing slowly, then move on. Rolling harder and longer is not better.
Can I roll along my spine?
The groove sits either side of it — that is the point of the shape. Never roll directly over the spine itself, over joints or over bone.
Is it meant to hurt?
No. Firm pressure that eases as you breathe is normal. Sharp pain is not — stop if you feel it.
