Fabric Resistance Bands — Non-Slip, Graded Strengths
Fabric bands that stay where you put them.
Latex loops roll, pinch and snap. These are woven fabric with a non-slip inner face, so they hold position through clamshells, bridges and lateral walks instead of creeping up your thigh mid-set.

Questions
Which strength should I start with?
The lightest. The goal is controlled movement, not maximum resistance. Move up only when ten repetitions feel easy and your form still holds.
Where exactly do they sit?
Above the knee or around the ankles — never directly on a joint. If a band sits on the kneecap, it is too low.
Why fabric instead of latex?
Latex loops roll into a cord under tension and dig in. Fabric holds its width, grips the skin and does not snap back if it fails.
How long do they last?
Years with normal use. Check for nicks or a pulled weave before each session and replace any band that has started to fray.
General fitness product, not a medical device. Inspect bands before every use and discard damaged ones. If you have an injury or health condition, speak to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
