Grip Socks — Non-Slip, for Pilates & Barre
Most studios won't let you on a reformer without them — and on a bare floor at home they are the difference between a clean plank and a slipped foot.
Silicone dots across the sole hold you in place through side kicks, standing work and anything that asks your feet to stay put. The double stripe keeps them at the ankle instead of sliding down mid-session.

Questions
Will they fit me?
One size, fitting roughly AU 5–9. The ribbed cuff gives some room at the ankle, but the sole length does not change — if you are well outside that range, they will not sit correctly.
Can I put them in the dryer?
No. Heat degrades the silicone grip. Cold wash, air dry, and they hold their grip for years.
Do I need them at home?
On carpet, no. On floorboards, tiles or a hard floor, yes — several exercises in the four-week plan ask your feet to hold position while the rest of you moves.
Are they the same as yoga socks?
Close, but the grip pattern here covers the whole sole rather than just the ball and heel — better for the lateral work Pilates asks for.
General fitness product. Check the grip for wear before each session and replace the socks if the silicone has thinned. If you have an injury or health condition, speak to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
