Pilates Starter Set — Ring, Ball, Bands & Strap
Everything you need to start Pilates at home — and a four-week plan that tells you what to do with it.
Most equipment sets leave you staring at a pile of props, wondering where to begin. This one arrives with a structured programme: three sessions a week, thirty minutes each, building from the basics to full sequences over four weeks.
What's in the box
A 15-page PDF, sent to your inbox the moment you order. Twelve illustrated exercises, twelve structured sessions, a printable exercise sheet for beside your mat, and a progress tracker. Written for people who have never done Pilates before.

Questions
I have never done Pilates. Is this too advanced?
No. Week one assumes no experience at all — it starts with breathing and pelvic position, not with exercises. The plan builds from there.
Do I need a mat?
Every exercise in the plan works on a bare floor. A mat is more comfortable on hard surfaces, but nothing in the programme requires one.
How firm should the ball be?
Soft. Inflate only until it gives easily under the palm of your hand. A firm ball fights you; a soft one gives feedback. Most people over-inflate on the first try.
Where do the bands sit?
Above the knee or around the ankles — never directly on a joint. Start with the lightest strength and move up only when ten repetitions feel easy and your form still holds.
How do I get the plan?
A download link is emailed to you automatically after checkout. Nothing extra to order, nothing extra to pay.
